Dadong (David) Zhang, Ph.D., M.S., is an Associate Director of Biostatistics at Genmab, specializing in statistical methodology and oncology clinical development. He has substantial experience in companion diagnostic (CDx) development, biomarker-driven trial design, and regulatory submissions, and previously served as the lead statistician at Illumina supporting FDA approval and EMA submissions for CDx medical devices. His work spans trial design, clinical validation, and advanced statistical methods, and he has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Nanjing University and a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from Duke University.
